Registration Details of the Consignee are invalid or not specified

1. Drill down from the section to open the voucher.
2. In the Party Details screen, update the required registration details for the consignee.
3. Press Ctrl+A to accept the Party Details screen.
4. Press Ctrl+A to save the voucher.
