How to Use TallyHelp

As a businessman, every minute counts. When you have a question about TallyPrime, you shouldn’t have to spend time waiting for support, or figuring things out on your own. TallyHelp is designed to give you the right answer, at the right time, in the way that’s most convenient for you.

1. Choose How You Want to Learn

TallyHelp gives you the flexibility to learn your way:

2. Find Help Instantly While You Are on TallyPrime

Need help on the go? On TallyPrime, simply press Ctrl+F1 from any screen.
The TallyHelp page opens context-sensitive help tailored to exactly what you’re doing on the screen.

3. Search for Content & Videos on TallyHelp

If you are on TallyHelp site, just enter the keyword based on the question you have. TallyHelp displays the most relevant help links and videos that you can refer to and find the required information.

4. Prefer to ask questions directly? Use TARA – The AI Help Chatbot

Ask your question as you want. Type your question, upload a TallyPrime screen image, record a video of the screens and upload, or even voice record your question – all directly within TARA and get instant responses to your query.

5. Explore Content End-to-End

Working across different Tally products?
Switch between products like TallyPrime and TallyPrime Server, and explore other tabs on the top menu.

Need help on different features in the product?
Within a product tab, navigate through the ToC on the left-navigation panel and open the required help page or video.

Want to explore more from within a page? On any help page, refer to the right-navigation panel and access other page link, along with the On this page section that includes the key sections on the page.
