What’s New in 6.2 | KSA e-Invoicing Integration Phase
Phase Indicator for e-Invoice Vouchers
While recording KSA e-Invoicing vouchers, you can now view whether the voucher belongs to the Generation Phase or Integration Phase at the top of the voucher for easy identification. This applies to Sales, Credit Note, Debit Note, Receipt, and POS voucher types.
Restriction to Access Integration Phase Companies in Educational Mode
You cannot open a company enabled for the KSA e-Invoicing Integration Phase in Educational Mode, as this feature requires a secure connection, valid credentials and certificates from ZATCA, and a compliant system setup.
To access such companies, use a licensed version of TallyPrime with the e-Invoicing plug-in for the Integration Phase.
Flexibility to Modify the Archive Path
You can now set and modify the Location of e-Invoice Archives from the VAT Details screen using the More Details option.
Drill-Down for e-Invoicing Reporting Failed
Drill-down is now supported for e-Invoicing Reporting Failed.
On drill-down, transactions appear under the following sections:
- Reattempt In Progress (Get Response)
- Overdue (Reinitiate)
Prevention of Voucher Duplication
To comply with KSA and ZATCA regulations, TallyPrime Edit Log now prevents duplication of vouchers.
