TallyPrime makes it simple to bring your business data such as masters or transactions into your company. Whether your data is stored in an Excel file, maintained in XML or JSON format, or generated through another software, TallyPrime helps you import it with accuracy and minimal manual effort.

Your import steps depend on how your data is structured, especially when using Excel.

Import Data from JSON or XML into TallyPrime

You can export data from one TallyPrime instance in JSON or XML format and import it into another. TallyPrime also supports importing data from external software like Marg, provided the files follow the supported XML/JSON structure.
