Valid distance to be sent in same pin code. You cannot sent in 0 in same pin code.

Cause

This rejection occurs when the Pincodes of both the Consignor (From) and Consignee (To) are the same, resulting in a distance of zero, which is not allowed.

Resolution

While generating e-Way Bill, you can leave the field Pin to Pin Distance as per Portal blank in the e-Way Bill Details screen to get the distance filled in by the portal automatically.

Therefore, if the Pincodes of the Consignor Details (From) and Consignee Details (To) are the same, you must enter a distance of at least 1 km and up to a maximum of 100 km to generate the e-Way Bill.
