View Subscriber Contribution Details in TallyPrime (Payroll)

A subscriber is any Indian citizen who contributes to the National Pension Scheme (NPS) and is identified by a unique Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN).

Subscribers (employees) can contribute to both Tier-I and Tier-II NPS accounts, while the employer contributes a specified percentage of the employee’s salary to the Tier-I account.

The Subscriber Contribution Details report in TallyPrime displays details of the employer’s contribution to the NPS Tier-I account and the employee’s contributions to both Tier-I and Tier-II accounts.

1. Press Alt+G (Go To) > type or select NPS Subscriber Contribution Details > and press Enter.
2. Select the employee or employee group from the List of Employees/Group.
   
3. Press F4 (Employees) and select the required employee group.
4. To exclude employees with no PRAN from the report, then press Ctrl+B (Basis of Values) and disable Include Employees with no PR Account Number.
