View PRAN Not Available Report in TallyPrime (Payroll)

The Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) is a unique identifier assigned to each subscriber of the National Pension Scheme (NPS). The PRAN Not Available report lists employees for whom the PRAN has not been specified in the Employee Master.

1. Gateway of Tally > Display More Reports > Statutory Reports > Payroll Reports > National Pension Scheme > PRAN Not Available.
   
2. Enter the PRAN of each employee in the Permanent Retirement Account Number column.
3. Press F8 (All Employees) to view the list of employees with or without PRAN.
4. Press Ctrl+A to save.
