TallyPrime Default TDL
TallyPrime Developer Release 4.0 is enriched with the code for Data Import from Excel to TallyPrime, Graphical Dashboard, and WhatsApp Integration for businesses. The updated code of default TDL of TallyPrime that helps the partners and developers to build new customised solutions on TallyPrime Release 4.0.
TDL Enhancements in TallyPrime Release 4.0
Release 4.0 is enriched with many new TDL capabilities which benefits the developers to customise the Release 4.0 features Import Data from Excel, Dashboard and WhatsApp for businesses.
Import Data from Excel
The functionality to import data from Excel introduced in TallyPrime 4.0 offers numerous advantages. Firstly, it accelerates data entry processes. Secondly, reducing both time and the likelihood of errors associated with manual data entry. Users can efficiently prepare and organize data in Excel before transferring it into Tally, which enhances the data accuracy.

Dashboard and Graph Capabilities
The dashboard is a new feature in TallyPrime Release 4.0 which caters to all your important business information on a single interface, which enables better data analysis and insights. The default Dashboard provides you with the tiles that impart an overview of your sales and purchase trends along with trading details, assets & liabilities, cash in and out flow, and others.
With this feature, we are providing some TDL capabilities to bring the customised reports to the Dashboard.
TallyPrime with WhatsApp for Businesses
With TallyPrime Release 4.0 onwards, users can effortlessly share invoices and reports via WhatsApp. This enhancement is accompanied by an upgrade in our TDL to effortlessly support this feature. Expanding on export, print, and mail features, we’ve added TDL capabilities for seamless integration with WhatsApp.
