What’s New in KSA e-Invoicing Release 6.1.1

Warning for Ledgers with Negative Values to Prevent Non-Compliance

TallyPrime now shows a warning when you enter negative values in the Quantity, Rate, or Amount fields.

Since these values are treated as discounts during e-Invoice generation and may cause non-compliance with KSA and ZATCA regulations, a warning is displayed at the time of field entry as well as when saving the voucher.

You can review and take the necessary action before proceeding.

Support for KSA e-Invoicing in TallyPrime Edit Log

The KSA e‑Invoicing plug-in is supported exclusively in TallyPrime Edit Log.
Therefore, this release onwards, you must migrate to the latest version of TallyPrime Edit Log to use KSA e-Invoicing.

Warning for Missing Ledger Name in Arabic

TallyPrime Edit Log will now prompt you with a warning message when the ledger entered with a negative value does not have the ledger name in Arabic.

The helps in resolving the issue before e-Invoice generation to avoid noncompliance with KSA and ZATCA regulations.

Edit Option for Transactions Rejected by ZATCA

Earlier, when ZATCA rejected a transaction, TallyPrime opened the voucher only in Display mode to prevent further changes. To rectify the issue, you had to record a Credit Note and then record a new transaction to exchange with ZATCA.

With the latest ZATCA guidelines, you can now open the rejected vouchers in Edit mode, in TallyPrime Edit Log. This allows you to correct, save, and exchange the voucher again.
