| FAQ |
Bharat Connect, by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), is a digital platform for B2B billing and payments. It works with any ERP system like TallyPrime, Zoho, or Easebuzz. Refer to Bharat Connect by NPCI | Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) for more details.
Suppliers and buyers can use the Bharat Connect plug-in on TallyPrime Release 6.0 or later. Currently, the plug-in handles sales-purchase-payment-receipt cycle.
You just configure the Bharat Connect for Business plug-in and activate it using your Tally.NET admin credentials. Both admin and non-admin Tally.NET users can use the plug-in.
To start using the Bharat Connect platform, register your GSTIN through the plug-in. An admin or a non-admin Tally.NET user can do the registration. Once verified via an OTP sent to the mobile number linked with GSTN, you’ll receive a unique B2B ID for each GSTIN.
The Tally.NET user who registers a GSTIN has access to that GSTIN. Any other user may get access to the GSTIN later.
If you decide not to use Bharat Connect, you can deactivate any linked GSTINs/UINs in a simple manner as you activated it. Later, you may activate them anytime.
Users who have access to the plug-in can log in to the plug-in and do transactions for the accessible GSTIN in TallyPrime.
