View Employee Head Count Report in TallyPrime (Payroll)
The Employee Head Count report in TallyPrime displays the details of the available Employees during each month. It also displays the total pay out for each month under the head of salaries.
Gateway of Tally > Display More Reports > Statutory Reports > Payroll Reports > Employee Head Count.
Alternatively, press Alt+G (Go To) > type or select Employee Head Count> and press Enter.
The above report displays the Head Count details such Opening Balance of employees, newly joined in the month, resigned or retired in the month and Closing Balance. It also shows the monthly breakup of Earnings, Deductions and Nett Salary paid to the employees.
