Surrender License

You will need to surrender license when you move your existing license from one system to another, upgrade windows, scheduled software updates on the license server system, format the server machine, change the hard disk, and so on.

To watch our short video, click:

1. In TallyPrime, press F1 (Help) > Settings > License > Manage License.
2. Press Ctrl+F7 (Surrender).
3. In the Surrender License screen, enter the Tally.NET ID and password of the Administrator.
   Forgot your password? Select .
4. Press Enter to surrender the license.

What’s Next: Once the license is surrendered successfully, you can reactivate the same anytime.
