Incorrect user id/User does not exists
Cause
This error occurs when the e-Invoice credentials entered while generating the e-Invoice does not match the credentials registered on the IRP.

Resolution
Ensure that the User ID and password used to generate the e-Invoice are the same credentials registered on the e-Invocie portal.
- Log in to the e-Invocie portal with the same user ID and password that you had registered for the selected GSTIN/UIN.
- Ensure the username and password are entered correctly and do not contain any errors.
If you can log in successfully, the credentials are valid for the GSTIN registered on the e-Invoice portal.
If the login fails, the credentials are invalid, inactive, or do not belong to the selected GSTIN.
- Select Forgot Username or Forgot Password to recover or reset the credentials.
Ensure that you use the same credentials in TallyPrime for e-Invoice generation.
