Cause

The Doc/Lading/RR/AirWay No. should be of 15 characters.

Resolution

1. Open the voucher in the alteration mode and set Provide GST/e-Way Bill/e-Invoice details to Yes.
2. In the Additional Details : Interstate Sales – Taxable screen, enter a valid Doc/Lading/RR/AirWay No. of 15 characters and save the invoice to generate e-Way Bill with e-Invoice.
