Backup and Restore – Errors & Resolutions
One-Time Backup
- You do not have “Write” permission in the destination path.
- Unable to backup, as the Backup Data Path is not accessible.
- Unable to access the company source path.
- Unable to backup due to insufficient storage space in TallyDrive.
- Unable to proceed. Check your Internet connection or Antivirus/Firewall settings, and try again.
- Unable to backup, as you are not authorised to take backup to TallyDrive.
- Unable to backup due to insufficient disk space in the application path.
Schedule Backup
- Unable to schedule backup for <company name>.
- Unable to schedule backup, as the network Backup Data Path is not accessible by Tally Scheduler.
- Unable to schedule backup, as the Backup Data Path is not accessible by Tally Scheduler.
Restore
- Unable to access the Restore Data Path to restore.
- Unable to restore. There is some problem with <company> data.
- No company backup exists in the path.
- Unable to proceed, as the backup does not exist or you are not authorised to restore backup from TallyDrive.
- Your session has expired.
Schedule Backup Report
- The Backup Schedule does not exist.
- Unable to delete. Check your device, network connection, or access to shared location, and retry.
- Unable to proceed, as company data is not accessible at <path>.
- Unable to proceed, as TallyVault password is required.
- Unable to proceed, as Repair/Migration/Reset of company data is required or is currently in progress.
