Unable to proceed, as Repair/Migration/Reset of company data is required or is currently in progress

Cause: This error appears when the company data requires Repair, Migration, or Reset, or when any of these processes are already in progress.

 

It can occur while performing actions such as such as Alter, Delete, Enter, or Backup Now on a scheduled task.

Resolution:

  1. Press Alt+F3 (Select Company).
  2. Check the status shown against the company name and number (for example, Migration Required, Repair Required).
  3. Complete the required Repair/Migration/Reset process.
  4. Once the company status is normal, retry the action on the scheduled task.
