Unable to Migrate as TallyPrime could not find an available port. Try again later, or update the Port no. from Alt+Y (Data) > Configuration > Port.

Cause: This error occurs when the migration tool fails to bind itself to a TallyPrime port.

Resolution: Update the Migration Tool Port and the TallyPrime Port.

  1. Press Alt+Y (Data) > Configuration > Port.

  2. Update the Migration Tool Port and the TallyPrime Port.

  3. Press Ctrl+A to save.

Try migrating your data again. If the issue continues, reach out to Tally Support.
