Formal Name and Symbol are the same

Resolution

1. Drill down from the exception.
2. Press Enter twice.
   Note that the Symbol and the Formal Name are the same.
   
3. Press Alt+H (Multi Alter) to update the Formal Name, and press Enter.
   Press Backspace to update the Symbol, if needed.
   
4. Press Enter or Ctrl+A to save.
