Enhanced B2C e-Invoicing Experience
TallyPrime now makes B2C and B2B e-Invoicing easier, faster, and more compliant by offering:
- Instant ZATCA-compliant QR codes on every B2C invoice while still supporting the 24-hour reporting flexibility.
- Real-time tracking in the enhanced e-Invoices Overview report, with new categories highlighting vouchers needing immediate attention.
- Uninterrupted exchange with ZATCA through Reinitiate, Get Response, and Get Status options.
- Better handling of replaced B2B invoices using the Mark as Replaced option, which lets you move such invoices out of the active reporting flow.
Support for Mandated Minimum Invoice Height for KSA e-Invoicing
- The invoice height is prefilled with a minimum of 12 inches, as mandated for Commercial and Simple invoices. This ensures that the invoice size accommodates all the fields for KSA e-Invoicing.
- If you try to enter a value less than 12 for invoice height, TallyPrime shows a message stating that the height cannot be less than 12 inches.
Streamlined Ledger Creation for Non-KSA & Non-GCC Customers
- KSA-specific address fields willno longer appear for non-KSA and non-GCC customers.
- In Buyer ID Details, the cursor will move directly to Other ID for non-KSA and non-GCC customers, with the option to press Backspace and access the KSA/GCC-specific IDs, if needed.
QR Code Display Issue Resolved for Empty Sales Invoices
Previously, when printing an empty sales invoice before saving, the QR Code from a previously exchanged e-Invoice was getting displayed. This issue is resolved.
