Cause: This error appears when the user selects All Items during restore, but no company backup is available in the selected source path.
Resolution:
- Ensure that the correct backup location is selected.
- If the backups are stored in a different folder or drive, browse to the correct path and retry.
- If you are restoring from TallyDrive, verify that the backup exists and has not been deleted.
- Once a valid path containing company backups is selected, restart the restore process.
