Error Code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

Cause: This error occurs when the target machine actively refuses the connection.

Solution:

● Add Tally.exe and Tallygatewayserver.exe to the Firewall exceptions list . (Refer to this link if you are using Windows XP.)

● Use absolute URL for HTTP actions. To enable this:

o Go to Gateway of Tally > F12: Configure > Advanced Configurations .

o Set Use absolute URL for HTTP actions? to Yes .

o Press Ctrl+A to accept.

Error Code 16063. You have exceeded the Tally.NET user session limit

Cause: This message appears when you exceed the number of users connected to a company remotely.

Solution: Delete idle or other sessions that are not required.
