Creating Employer’s Other Charges Pay Heads

To Account for the PF Administration Charges, Employees Deposit Linked Insurance (EDLI) Contributions, and EDLI Administration Charges you can create the following Pay Heads in Tally.ERP 9:

• PF Admin Charges Pay Head

• EDLI Contribution Pay Head

• EDLI Admin Charges Pay Head

Note: The Pay Heads listed above should not be included in the Salary Details creation as these are part of Employer expenses.
