To create an output VAT ledger,
Go to Gateway of Tally > Accounts Info. > Ledgers >Create
Enter the name of the output VAT ledger
Select Duties & Taxes as the group name from the List of Groups
Select VAT as the Type of Duty/Tax
Select the appropriate VAT/Tax Class
The other details gets prefilled based on the VAT/Tax Class selected
Press Enter to accept
