Internal Error of .cap File
This error occurs due to a problem with the .cap file in Tally.ERP 9.
1. Note the capsule number displayed in the error message. For example, 41194-00004.cap .
2. Close Tally.ERP 9. In a multi-user scenario, close both the server and client instances.
3. Go to the Tally.ERP 9 installation folder in the server and client computers, and open the Capsules folder.
4. In the server and client application folders, delete the capsule (.cap) file that was displayed in the error message.
5. Connect to the internet and open Tally.ERP 9. The deleted capsule will be downloaded again.
