Error Code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

Cause

This error occurs when the target machine actively refuses the connection.

Solution

1. Add Tally.exe and Tallygatewayserver.exe to the Firewall exceptions list . (Refer to this link if you are using Windows XP.)

2. Use absolute URL for HTTP actions.

To enable absolute URL for HTTP actions

1. Go to Gateway of Tally > F12: Configure > Advanced Configurations .

2. Set Use absolute URL for HTTP actions? to Yes .

3. Press Ctrl+A to accept.
