Since it is a common template, how will the return files 231, 233 and CST be generated?

You can select the type of forms to be generated from excel template. Only local returns, interstate returns or both can be generated by selecting the required option in this field Return Forms to be filed in the Export Report screen, while exporting data to excel template.

After exporting data to the excel template, click Validate and preview return button in the Validate sheet. If there are no errors, the selected forms are created, and return details can be viewed. Click Create file for uploading button in the Validate sheet to create the text file with return details, for uploading.
