1. This may be due to any TDL files that is loaded in the company. or
2. An existing service tax ledger is configured as Swachh Bharat Cess ledger
1. Remove TDLs loaded in the company.
2. Rename tally.tsf and tally.cfg in the folder where Tally.ERP 9 is installed, and restart Tally.ERP 9
3. Check if an existing service tax ledger is configured as Swachh Bharat Cess ledger, if so remove it and create a new SBC ledger.
