Error messages occurring due to problems in the downloaded capsule files appear in the following formats:
● Internal Error Report GSTR 1 Export File 41194-00004.cap
● Internal error! (Description: Report – ‘Stock Group' File: 01463-00160.cap)
● Internal error! (Description: Report – ‘Stock Item’ File: 00901-00142.cap)
This error occurs when there is a problem with the downloaded capsule.
To resolve this issue
1. Make a note of the capsule number displayed in the error message. For example, 41194-00004.cap .
2. Close Tally.ERP 9. In a multi-user scenario, close both the server and client instances.
3. Go to the Tally.ERP 9 installation folder in the server and client computers, and open the Capsules folder.
4. Delete the capsule that was displayed in the error message, in the server and client application folders.
5. Connect to the internet and open Tally.ERP 9. The deleted capsule will be downloaded again.
