Configuring for Interstate Transactions Against Form C at 0%

In order to record purchases and sales transactions taxable at 0% against Form C, you have to select the Nature of Transaction as Interstate Purchase Exempt - With Form C (for purchases) and Interstate Sales Exempt - With Form C (for sales).
