Cause

This error occurs when you enter incorrect or invalid scratch keys.

Solution

You must enter valid scratch keys to complete the payment process. Alternatively, you can pay using your credit/debit card or via net banking. If the problem persists, contact your Tally partner or Tally Solutions for help.
