Error Code 19: License Request file is being accessed by another program. Please try after some time.

Cause

This error occurs when you try to access the tally.lic license file when another instance of Tally.ERP 9 is accessing the same file.

Solution

●     To access the tally.lic license file, you must close all the running instances of Tally.ERP 9, and retry.

Or

●     Go to Task Manager in your computer (right-click the Taskbar and select Task Manager) and end all the Tally.ERP 9 instances. If the problem persists, contact Tally Solutions for help.
