Error Code 11: License file is being accessed by another program. Please try after some time.

Cause

This error occurs when you try to access the tally.lic license file when another instance of Tally.ERP 9 is accessing the file.

Solution

●     To access the file, you must close all the running instances of Tally.ERP 9, and retry.

Or

●     Open Task Manager and end all the running instances of Tally.ERP 9 on your computer. If the problem persists, contact Tally Solutions for help.
