Your F11: Features and F12: Configure settings for a company defines the ledger creation.
To create a ledger in the advanced mode
1. Enable the following features in F1:Account under F11:Features:
● Allow multi-currency.
● Maintain bill-wise details
● Maintain cost centres
● Activate interest calculation
2. Enable F12: Configure option Allow advanced entries in masters in the Ledger Configuration screen.
All options relevant to the features enabled will be available in the master creation/ alteration screens as shown below:
Note: The field Description will appear in the Ledger Creation screen only if the option Add description for ledger accounts is enabled in the Ledger Configuration screen.
