This error occurs when the number of transactions in Part A of annexure 18 does not cross the 81st row in the template. However, this error does not appear when the data entered or exported to the annexure goes beyond the 81st row. This behavior is noticed in version 4.6 of VAT excel template published on 19th Jul 16.
This is a problem with the template. Please contact the commercial tax department.
