Cause
This error message appears in 32-bit Form VAT 15 excel template provided for MS Office versions 2007 and below.
Solution
It appears when the excel template is opened. Because of the error you cannot add any rows to the template. Since the template does not allow any input, Tally.ERP 9 cannot export data to this 32-bit Form VAT 15 excel template provided to be used in MS Office 2007 and below. This is observed in 4.6 versions of the template published on 19th July ’16.
