Error Code 411

This error occurs when Tally.ERP 9 is unable to connect to the configured Tally Gateway Server and Port.

Possible Reason for Failure

      If the current release of Tally.ERP 9  is not compatible with the License Server running on the Server name and port specified in the Configure Existing License screen, this error may occur.

Possible Solutions

      Go to the Configure Existing License screen and reconfigure your existing license using the License File option.

      Alternatively, press F2 in the Configure Existing License screen to select a Tally Gateway Server.

After you have resolved the issue you can:

      Reconfigure your existing license, or

      Press F2 in the Configure Existing License screen to search for Tally Gateway Servers, or

      Activate a new license, or

      Reactivate your existing license.
