In a multi-user environment, Tally license file and Tally Gateway Server is available on server system. Therefore, the online contents is only listed in the server system and not in the client systems.
In a single-user environment, when you configure Tally.ERP 9 Release 4.93 license file path in Release 5.0, Tally Gateway Server is available in Release 5.0 folder and license file is available in Tally.ERP 9 Release 4.93 folder.
Access the online list that is available in the same location where Tally license file and Tally Gateway Server is installed. Alternatively, you can surrender the license and reactivate the license.
Note: This issue persists while creating TCS nature of goods, TDS nature of category and service category.
