Error Code 39
This error occurs when Windows Firewall or other security programs in your computer are blocking Tally.ERP 9 services.
To resolve this error
1. Start Tally.ERP 9.
2. Click F12: Configure in Gateway of Tally.
3. Select Advanced Configuration.
4. Set Use absolute URL for HTTP actions? to Yes.
5. Press Enter to save.
6. Restart Tally.ERP 9.
7. Click F11: Features from Gateway of Tally.
8. Click F4: TSS.
9. Set Connect company on loading to No in the TSS Features screen.
If the issue persists even after the above steps, ensure that the option Allow Non-HTTP headers is set to Yes in the firewall settings.
