When you mark a transaction as Not Applicable, it does not appear in its respective category in the e-Payments report. However, the transaction still remains part of the Bank balance as per the company books.
To send Not Applicable transactions to the bank
1. In the e-Payments report, drill down to the bank column relative to Bank balance as per company books, and click Show N/A.
The screen displays only those transactions that were set as Not Applicable.
2. Select the transaction that you want to reset and click Reset Status.
The transaction moves one of the categories where it was lying earlier.
3. Rectify the issues, if any, before sending it to the bank (in case of DBS) or exporting it (in case of banks supported for e-payments).
