Yes, the option Is Against Form C can be enabled at party ledger creation screen. To do this,

●      Open the interstate party ledger creation or alteration screen.

●      Set the option Set/Alter VAT Details to Yes.

●      Set the option Sales/purchases against Form C to Yes or No, as required.
