To configure Receipts & Payments account, Press F12: Configure.
The Receipts & Payments account is displayed horizontally (by default), if the option Show Vertical Receipts & Payments? is set to No.
Set the option to Yes to display Receipts & Payments account in the vertical form.
The vertical form of Receipts and Payments shows the receipts and the payments separately.
The Receipts & Payments Account displays the opening and closing balances of Cash/Bank Accounts on both sides (default), depending upon the credit and debit balances, if this option is set to No.
The Receipts and Payments accounts screen with the option Show Nett Opening & Closing Balance only set to No, appears as shown below:
Set this option to Yes to display the Nett Opening & Closing Balances, as shown below:
Note: This option can be set only for horizontal Receipts & Payments account.
When this option is set to No (by default), the Receipts & Payments account displays the balances of ledgers on both the sides, based on the transaction types as shown below:
Set the option to Yes to display the Nett balance for ledgers, as shown below:
The default Display Name Style set is Name. Select the required display style from the list to view the statement based on the selection made.
The report can be viewed with different scale factors by selecting the required ones from the list.
The report can be viewed in Detailed mode, with sub-groups expanded.
