The Products & Features section in F12: Configure contains the following two sections:

To the display the Products & Features screen
In the F12: Configuration menu, click Products & Features.
The Product & Features screen appears as shown below:
Click F1:Detailed on the right button bar to view the product releases, addons and TDL information in detail.
Click F4: Manage local TDL to configure TDL files. The option F4: Manage Local TDL allows you to add or remove local TDLs in your system.
Set Load TDL files on startup as Yes to load TDL from your local system as soon as you start Tally.ERP 9.
Enter the file location of the TDL in the field List of TDL files to preload on startup.
Click F7: Renew TSS.
Click F12: Configure to configure release and addons related updates.
Set Show all release? to Yes to view all the releases of Tally.ERP 9 in the Products & Features screen.
Set Show product releases and TDL files/addons? to Both/Release only/TDL/Addons only to view all the releases /TDLs/addons in the Product & Features screen.
Set Show additional details to Yes to view more information on the local TDLs/addons and releases in the Product & Features screen.
Enable the option Notify for new releases to get notifications in the Version & Updates block of the Info. Panel.
Click F6: Update to apply the updates of Tally.ERP 9 to the selected release.
Click Enter to access the release notes.
