Cause

This message is displayed when,

●      G: Language is clicked, and TSS has expired.

●      Any language except English is chosen from the List of Languages, and TSS has expired.

●      Ctrl+C: Helper button is clicked in any stat master creation screen, and TSS has expired.

Solution

Renew TSS.
