Error Code 39 - while reactivating license and loading company

Cause

This error occurs when firewall or other security programs in your computer are interfering with Tally.ERP 9 services.

Solution

1.     Open Tally.ERP 9 in Educational mode.

2.     Press F12: Configure from Gateway of Tally.

3.     Select Advanced Configuration.

4.     Set Use absolute URL for HTTP actions? to Yes.

5.     Press Enter to accept the screen.

6.     Restart Tally.ERP 9.

7.     Press F11: Features from Gateway of Tally.

8.     Press F4: TSS.

9.     Set Connect company on loading to No in the TSS Features screen.

If the issue persists even after the above steps, ensure the option Allow Non-HTTP headers is set to Yes in firewall settings.
