In order to assign a security level to a Tally.NET Auditor, the system administrator has to execute the following steps:
Go to Gateway of Tally > Alt+F3 > Security Control > Users and Passwords
In the List of User for Company screen,
In the Security Level field, select Tally.NET Auditor from the Security List.
Type e-mail Id of Tally.NET Auditor in Name of User field.
By default, the Password (if any) field is blank and cannot be provided for Tally.NET Auditor.
Allow Remote Access is set to Yes if the Tally.NET Auditor requires to access remotely.
Allow Local TDL is set to No, if the user does not want the additional TDL’s to be executed remotely for the selected remote user.
Type the required mobile number in Mobile Number field.
Accept to save the security level assigned to Tally.NET Auditor
