The Provident Fund Form 3A can also be generated in the e-return format for e-filing.
To generate the Form 3A in the required format,
Go to Gateway of Tally > Display > Payroll Reports > Statutory Reports > Provident Fund > E-Return
or
Go to Gateway of Tally > Display > Statutory Reports > Payroll Reports > Provident Fund > E-Return
Set the export options as shown
From and To dates are defaulted as shown and can be changed if required
Select the required employee category in the Employee Category field
Select the required employee or the group in the Employee/Group field
Select the appropriate style of displaying the employee name from the list in the Appearance of Employee Names field
Press Enter to Export the file
Once the file is exported, the user can rename the file as Form3A.dbf or any other name as required.
