While printing in Black & White Printer in neat mode, the following configuration has to be set.
To print grey background in Black & White printer
1. Go to Gateway of Tally > F12: Configure > Printing > General .
2. Set Print using Greyscale on Black & White Printers (for neat mode only) to Yes .
3. Press Enter to apply.
