You can download Tally.Developer 9 installer file from the Tally website.
To download Tally.Developer 9 installer file
1. Log on to www.tallysolutions.com .
2. Click Download tab. The Download screen appears.
3. Click the Download link. Tally.Developer 9 Download Centre window opens.
4. Click on Tally.Developer 9 Installer link. After the file downloads, a security warning box appears.
5. Click Save . The Save As window appears.
6. Select Desktop .
7. Click Save to download the installer.
Note : You may also download the other required files from Tally.Developer 9 Download Centre, in a similar way.
