This error occurs while validating the e-dealer returns xml file, when inventory information is missing for any transaction(s).
Identify the transaction in which inventory information is missing by opening the xml file in an XML editor. Re-save that transaction with the necessary inventory details in Tally.ERP 9 and generate the returns.
